Rules of Procedure
- Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00;
- We ask you to take good care of the property placed at your disposal and to use the rooms, furniture and utensils according to their intended purpose;
- In the event of non-personal use of the holiday home property (breakage, destruction, deterioration, loss, etc.), you are obliged to compensate for the property damage caused on the basis of the corresponding repair or purchase invoices;
- We ask you to keep the cottage and the grounds clean and tidy;
- Please return the holiday home in the condition in which it was entrusted to the lessee;
- We ask that all used dishes are washed and put back in their original places;
- Please use bed linen! In the event of staining/damage to mattresses, duvets and mattresses, the lessee will be charged separately for their cleaning.
- Clean used barbecue accessories and put them back in their original places;
- Please sort your rubbish! The bins are located in the shed next to the houses. Please take bottles and cans to the box next to the bins or leave them in your room separately from other rubbish.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the holiday home! Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area only in the designated place, the campfire site;
- Pets are only allowed by special agreement;
- The use of the sauna is allowed by separate agreement (not possible at the summer house).
- At the end of your visit, please move the furniture back to its original position.
- If your stay lasts longer than a week, we will provide you with new bed linen, towels and bath towels on request. Bed linen and towels will not be changed for shorter stays (guests are kindly requested to let us know if this is necessary for any reason);
- The number of guests staying in the holiday home and on the grounds of the holiday home may not exceed the number of persons agreed at the time of booking;
- The accommodation provider is not responsible for the loss of the client’s personal belongings from the holiday home!
- There is a nightfall:
From 01 September to 31. May 23.00-07.00;
from 01 June to 31 May. 24.00-06.00 from 24.00 to 06.00 August.

Fire safety
- Smoke and smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and fire alarms are installed in the holiday homes;
- Do not use open flames in the holiday home!
- Smoking is prohibited in the holiday home!
- Don’t leave the barbecue unattended for a second!
- After the barbecue, the oven must be allowed to burn out completely!
- Campfires are allowed only on the designated camping platform;
- Only clean (unimpregnated) wood, cardboard and paper may be burnt in the fire;
- Before leaving the campsite, make sure the campfire is completely extinguished, or allow the campfire to burn out completely or extinguish it with water;
- In the event of a fire, please call 112 immediately and be sure to contact your accommodation provider on +372 5647 1552.
